Elean is crafted in Lygia, a hilltop village near the sea in Elis where our family groves have grown for generations. After a life-changing personal experience, returning to this land became a return to meaning—to roots, to simplicity, to the real value of the earth.

We harvest early, produce in small quantities and protect every detail from tree to bottle.
